Everyone who asks for medical help by 10:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday will be contacted by our staff that same day. If you miss the 10:00am “cut off,” you will be contacted on the next business day that our clinic is open.

We are happy to help you with your medical needs 3 weeks after all paperwork (Enrolment form, Health Questionnaire and Release of Information form) has been completed. The best way to go about asking for help with your medical needs is to email our office at reception@kdmpc.ca, or you can leave a voicemail at 705-326-8335 and someone will get back to you according to our Call Back Schedule which you can view by going to How Our Clinic Works.

Unfortunately we can only offer medical assistance to those who are registered as our patients. If you do not have a local family doctor, please register with Health Care Connect by phone at 1-800-445-1822 or online. Please note that Dr. Dharssi can only accept patients who live in the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital catchment area. If an ambulance would take to you OSMH, then you are in their catchment area.
